Lean Mean Cleaning Machine

Designed to use the minimum amount of chemicals, electricity, and most importantly time. Easy to use. Push just one button then the washer, Rinses, Washes, Rinses again, Sanitizes, and Gas(co2 or nitro) purges. To provide an efficient keg washer, the wash and sani chemicals are reused. Kegs are cleaned at a rate of one per head each 2 minutes 45 seconds.

Our automatic keg washers maintain the same great performance across all sizes. Each size keg washer has a different size pump. So as the keg washer gets larger so does the pump. The only performance difference is the total amount of kegs cleaned for a given period of time.

How it works

Press the GO button

Then the keg washer will automatically
Drain
Rinse - straight from external water source to drain
Wash - using any cleaning chemical you like. Washing solution is reused to reduce waste and can be easily inspected via 4 inch inspection port
Rinse again - straight from external water source to drain
Sani - using any sanitizer you like. Sani solution is reused to reduce waste and can be easily inspected via 4 inch inspection port
Pressurize - keg is pressurized between 5 and 15 psi
