Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about utilities, dimensions, and operation for BAS automatic keg washers. (If you need a quote-specific spec sheet, contact us and we’ll confirm details for your configuration.)

Utilities & Setup

What utilities are required?

Standard installations use electrical power, water, and (optionally) air. CO2 is used for purge pressure in standard configurations.

What power does the keg washer use?

Standard power is 110/120V single phase (U.S.) with a 15 amp plug. If your system includes the optional heat package, it may require a second 15 amp outlet. Other voltages can be built (including 240V 50Hz for certain regions).

What pressures are required?

Typical operating pressures:
CO2 pressure: 20–25 psi
AIR pressure: 20–25 psi (optional)
Water pressure: 45 psi (standard household pressure)

Dimensions & Footprint

Are the keg washers on wheels?

Yes. Standard units are mounted on wheels for easier positioning and movement.

What are the machine dimensions?

Dimensions (approx.):

  • Single – 32" high × 27" deep × 36" wide
  • Double – 32" high × 27" deep × 40" wide
  • Triple – 32" high × 27" deep × 51" wide
  • Quad – 32" high × 27" deep × 63" wide

Operation & Performance

Does performance change between single/double/triple/quad?

Cleaning performance is consistent across sizes. The primary difference is throughput (how many kegs you can clean in a given period of time). Larger models typically use a larger pump.

Can you build for other voltages or regions?

Yes. While 110/120V is standard for the U.S., units can be configured for other voltages/frequencies during ordering.

Service & Ordering

Do you provide parts and support?

Yes. We support customers with parts and service to keep your keg washer running reliably.
